We used PetTraka to transport our beautiful Beagle Puppy Floyd from Stoke on Trent to East Midlands Airport. Tracey was absolutely fantastic, she picked Floyd up early as requested by ourselves so that she could spend some time with Floyd before he boarded his plane, she kept us informed of her progress throughout with text and emailed photos of him enjoying himself before boarding the plane. Tracey also waited with Floyd at the airport until he boarded and actually took him out to the private plane that was waiting. Floyd arrived happy and content and we were happy too as we knew he was ok with pictures to prove it.
